Prime Genetics has a strong board of distinguished individuals, with proven track records of accomplishment in their various fields of endeavour, including the management and technical aspects of the brand protection and anti-counterfeit industry.  These individuals will be able to draw from their extensive networks and experience in the continuing enhancement of the scientific, technical and commercial stature of the Company.

John Alway | Chairman has wide ranging general management, sales and marketing experience in multinational companies in the Pharmaceuticals, Household Products, Food and Automotive industries. His key focus being delivering profit and market share growth to the company and increasing shareholder value. This has been achieved through acquisitions and divestments, strategic planning, team building, product launches and brand development. John has spent much of his time consulting to major international companies. He has a BA Business Studies (Hons) from Lanchester Polytechnic, UK.

Dr John Warmington | Managing Director is the inventor of Prime’s Molecular Encryption technology. His core competency is in the application of molecular nanotechnology for the development of covert and forensic anti-counterfeit products. He has over 25 years experience in the biotechnology industry, developing innovative products and leading successful R&D programs. He has a number of international patents and has published numerous scientific papers and has been an invited speaker at national and international conferences. His past positions include, Associate Professor at Curtin University, Perth. Founding director of Rockeby biomed Ltd., an ASX listed biotechnology company. He has a B.Arts Honours from Cambridge University, UK and a doctorate (PhD) from the University of Manchester, UK.
